Leslie Daquioag Lim is a recognized authority in the Philippine logistics industry with nearly three decades of hands-on experience across the logistics and supply chain sector. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LDL Group of Companies, a fully integrated logistics group providing end-to-end solutions.

She began her career 28 years ago as a sales executive in a local freight forwarding company and steadily rose through leadership roles, including sales management positions in several multinational firms. Her deep operational and commercial experience laid the foundation for establishing her own logistics business 15 years ago.

Today, LDL Group comprises key operating companies: L98 Brokerage and Logics Inc., specializing in customs brokerage and documentation; Lcargo Diversified Logistics Inc., handling international and domestic freight forwarding via air and sea; E-Safe Warehousing Management Inc. Handling storage and inventory mgt. and Fastgear Transport Services, a trucking company with 50 trucks and 100 trailers, completing approximately 1000–1,200 trips monthly nationwide.
